Nathan Toscan

Nathan Toscan has 22 years of professional services experience, predominately in valuation and investment banking (mergers and acquisitions) related roles. While at LEA Nathan has worked on numerous valuation assignments across a broad range of industries and prepared approximately 30 Independent Expert’s Reports. He has also advised on a number of successfully completed private company (sell side) transactions.

Nathan joined LEA from O’Sullivan Partners (now part of Lazard), a leading independent Australian corporate advisory firm, where he was involved in various mergers and acquisition (M&A) and capital markets mandates involving ASX listed top 100 companies.

Prior to this, Nathan worked as a consultant at a Canberra based consultancy firm providing financial evaluation, auditing and budget development services to Federal Government agencies (such as the Department of Defence and the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Prosecutions), and the Federal Department of Finance, where he worked directly with the CFO on matters including statutory financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, budgeting and strategic planning.

Nathan lectured for a number of years on the topic of M&A for the Faculty of Business and Economics at Macquarie University.
