Jorge Resende

Mr Resende has over 22 years’ professional services experience predominantly working in valuations and associated corporate advisory work. Mr Resende has prepared over 20 Independent Expert’s Reports (for takeover offers, schemes of arrangement, mergers, related party transactions, demergers etc.) including reports for Afterpay, Nickel Industries, Uniti Group, Navigator Global Investments, Asaleo Care, SILK Laser, Healthia and iCar Asia. Mr Resende has also assisted with the preparation of a further 100 Independent Expert’s Reports for shareholders in publicly listed companies.

Prior to joining Lonergan Edwards & Associates Limited, Mr Resende previously worked for a short period in the Growth Solutions division of Deloitte in Sydney.

Upon completion of his Master’s studies, Mr Resende was a lecturer for the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (which was acquired by Kaplan Professional during 2007) over the five years to 2009. This included lecturing, tutorial and marking services for both the Graduate Diploma and Masters of Applied Finance programs.
