Craig Edwards

Craig Edwards has gained a wide range of experience in corporate advisory work with particular emphasis on valuations, loss assessments, business and financial due diligence investigations and litigation support. He has prepared over 250 Independent Expert’s Reports for shareholders in publicly listed companies in connection with schemes of arrangement, takeovers, mergers, related party transactions and other proposals.

In 1996 Craig joined the Financial Advisory Services practice of Coopers & Lybrand (which subsequently became PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Sydney. Prior to this transfer, he worked for the Coopers & Lybrand practice in Auckland, New Zealand, where he worked in the Audit and Corporate Finance Divisions.

In January 2001 Craig Edwards and Wayne Lonergan set up the specialist valuations practice, Lonergan Edwards & Associates Limited.
